The architectural deterioration of the Bosphorus damages the relationship between the users of the city and the Bosphorus. “Fil Ambarları” is one of the other spots that are under the thread on the Bosphorus. Currently, the site is abandoned and it’s not well used from the users. The transformation of this space could help to build a strong relationship between the Bosphorus.

Performative Space idea was considered as a unity between the structure and the users. The way of experiencing a structure could be the answer to performativity. Therefore, the design contains different fragments (such as exhibitions, collective workspace, maker lab, offices, experience rooms ) related to existing space organization with a route that connects everything and helps to experience the whole.
